1.Automatic Payments. You are authorizing Executive Lawn and Landscaping to charge you for performing lawn maintenance at your property. This includes mowing, edging, and blowing off the concrete areas, as well as any additional services that you agree to receive as part of your desired package today.

2.FREE MOWS. You will be receiving two FREE mows for signing up for annual service. Annual service will extend one year from today’s date unless cancelled before. If no cancellation is requested by the anniversary date one year from today, an automatic renewal will take place, and you hereby authorize Executive Lawn and Landscaping to continue service and automatic payments for the following year.

3.Number of Visits. The agreement period will be for one calendar year and will include approximately 42 service visits during that time. The 42 visits are based on weekly service during the months of March through October and biweekly visits during the months of November through February. The actual number of visits may vary.

4.Cancellation. You may cancel service at any time by contacting Executive Lawn and Landscaping. However, if you cancel prior to 30 days from today’s date, you will be charged for the initial two free mows. These two mows are FREE contingent upon your agreement to receive annual lawn service from Executive Lawn and Landscaping. You may cancel at any time by calling Executive Lawn and Landscaping at (832)725-2696 and/or via email at [email protected]. 

5.Early Termination of Agreement. If you decide to cancel prior to your one year anniversary date (and after your initial 30 day period), you will be assessed an early termination fee of $50. Depending on your payment frequency, you may be charged the fee over a one to two week period after cancellation. After your one year anniversary date, no early termination fee will be assessed.

6.Waiver of Early Termination Fee. The early termination fee above may be waived if you move out of the service area prior to the end of the agreement term. To avoid the early termination fee in this instance, you must notify Executive Lawn in writing via email at [email protected] at least 14 calendar days in advance of the termination date. 

7.Other Early Terminations. Executive Lawn reserves the right to cease offering weekly lawn maintenance at any time for non-payment or if continued service impedes the business objectives of Executive Lawn and Landscaping. There will be no early termination fee applied in these instances, but unpaid balances will be pursued.

8.Satisfaction Guarantee. We guarantee your satisfaction with our lawn care services. If at any time you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us immediately. We will work to address any issues that need to be addressed. If the issues are not addressed/fixed within the next two visits, please notify us so that we can discuss remedies including return visits, discounts, or refunds for visits in question. If the issues are not addressed to your satisfaction within two visits, or an agreement cannot be reached, you may cancel service with a waiver of the early termination fee. However, we will do everything in our power to make you happy!

9.Weather events, government shutdowns, natural disasters, etc. We strive to cut the grass at your property every week on the same day. Occasionally, rainy weather or other circumstances may prevent us from performing our services on time. We typically take care of the service the following day, but in some instances, the weather or other event may prevent us from doing so. This is extremely rare, but if something prevents us from arriving at all, such as a government shutdown, natural disaster, etc., you will receive a credit for that week’s service amount. 

10.Pricing. We reserve the right to increase the price of service as business needs change and/or increased time/effort are required to perform lawn care maintenance. If we discover that the price of service is considerably below market pricing or causes Executive Lawn and Landscaping to operate unprofitably, we reserve the right to raise the price as needed. If the new price for lawn care service is no longer acceptable to you, the lawn care agreement will become null and void with any early termination fees waived. 

11.Mower(s) used. We reserve the right to use the commercial mower of our choice to maintain your lawn, unless you select the Executive Lawn Care package and make a request to use a specific mower, such as a small walk behind mower. We strive to use the mower that will give you the best cut and lawn health regardless.  

12.Agreement. By signing up for service today, you agree to these terms and conditions listed above.
